Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Shipping cost and taxes are calculated on the payment step and shown before you pay. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. It is confirmed after the order is accepted. No delivery day is promised on the product page.

Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address on the order. If the parcel arrives incomplete or damaged, write to @hex.hall before using the item. After a check, the store sends a replacement or refunds the price you paid.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell the store within that period at @hex.hall or at thehaxhall@gmail.com. The deadline is met if the notice is sent before the 14 days end.

Send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. The item must be unused and in a condition that allows it to be sold again, with its packaging as far as that is reasonable. You pay the return shipping unless the goods are faulty or not what you ordered. If the goods are faulty, the store pays the return shipping.

The refund covers the price you paid for the goods and the standard outbound shipping charged on the order. It is sent by the same payment method, through the payment provider, within 14 days after the store receives the returned goods or proof that you have sent them.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law excludes it. That includes goods made to your specification, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return once the seal is broken for health or hygiene reasons, when that limit is stated on the product page.
