Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement covers goods you order from this website. It is concluded when you submit the order and payment is accepted. The product name, quantity, unit price, taxes, shipping, and total are the amounts shown on the product page, in the cart, and on the checkout summary.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and include the taxes displayed at checkout. Shipping is added on the payment step before you confirm. Payment is taken by iyzico. The store does not see or store your card number.

Delivery

The goods are sent to the address you enter at checkout. Shipping time depends on that address and the carrier and is confirmed after the order is accepted.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Turkish distance-contracts rules. Notice to @hex.hall or thehaxhall@gmail.com is enough. Return the unused goods within 14 days of that notice. You pay return shipping unless the goods are faulty or different from what you ordered. Sealed hygiene items, once opened, and goods made to your specification are excluded when the product page says so.

The refund of the goods and the standard outbound shipping is made through the same payment method within 14 days after the return arrives or you prove that you sent it.

Disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the delivery address on the order are competent.
