What is collected

Shopify collects the name, delivery address, email address, and phone number you enter so the order can be prepared, shipped, and confirmed. Payment card numbers are not stored by the store. iyzico processes the payment on the checkout page.

Instagram messages sent to @hex.hall are kept only to answer that request. The store does not sell personal information.

Why it is used

The information is used to perform the sales contract, issue the invoice, arrange delivery, resolve delivery problems covered by our returns policy, and meet tax and accounting duties. Shopify provides the storefront and checkout. iyzico provides the payment service. A carrier receives the delivery address in order to ship the parcel.
